Helping people move abroad to study or work, with straight answers, a clear sequence of steps, and support that lasts the whole way through.
Ivipass helps people weigh up the realities of studying or taking a job in another country. We work case by case: understanding where someone actually stands, explaining what a given route demands of them, and staying alongside them through the paperwork and the waiting.
Careful preparation, frank assessment, and results that still make sense years later are what we measure ourselves against.
Going overseas to study or to earn a living has never involved more moving parts. Applicants run into contradictory advice, sales talk dressed up as guidance, and assurances nobody is in a position to give, usually with no impartial person to ask.
The company was set up to answer that with method rather than marketing. IMMIGRATION VISA & PASSPORT SERVICES LIMITED, trading as Ivipass, was incorporated in England and Wales on 3 November 2014 and has operated on documented processes and plain explanation ever since.
Around eleven years on, the intention has not shifted. People should grasp what is genuinely open to them, prepare for it properly, and decide with their eyes open.
Two routes sit at the centre of what Ivipass does
Students get one to one consultations, help assembling and checking an application, and someone to explain each admissions stage as it arrives.
Candidates who qualify are taken through eligibility checks, prepared properly for interview, and supported while the hiring side makes its decision.
A handful of principles shape how we deal with everyone who comes to us
Nothing starts without a frank conversation. We look at eligibility, set expectations straight, and map out what is realistic before anyone commits to anything.
Our processes are written down and explained out loud. You will know the limits of our role, including the things we cannot do, at every point.
Once a university or an employer is in touch with you, that conversation is yours to hold. We stay on hand to interpret it, prepare you, and advise.
An offer letter or an interview date is not the end of our involvement. We keep explaining what happens next and how to be ready for it.
Enquiries reach us about destinations all over the world. These are the ones people ask about most often:

Knowing a destination well helps us prepare an application properly, arrange interviews where that applies, and explain what a candidate is realistically looking at. Whether a place is offered, and whether a job is given, is decided by the institution or the employer alone.
Sometimes the truthful answer is that a route will not work for someone. We say so.
Relocating for a degree or a job reshapes a life, and we handle that weight carefully.
What we do is written down and repeatable, so nothing rests on memory or luck.
Applicants, universities and employers are all dealt with courteously, without exception.
Details of the people who make up the Ivipass team are being confirmed and will be published here.

However the team is finally listed, the way it works will not change: clear guidance, replies that arrive when promised, and the same standard of help from start to finish.
Ivipass helps people understand their options and prepare their applications. We do not decide who is admitted or who is hired. Those choices belong entirely to the university or the employer concerned.
Course fees, wages and anything set out in an employment contract pass directly between you and the institution or employer. Ivipass takes no tuition money and handles nobody else's payroll.
