Plan Your International Studies on Solid Ground

From your first questions through to the final submission, Ivipass gives students a clear plan and practical help at every stage of the application, working through the academic institutions we have relationships with.

The Reality Behind an Overseas Degree

Picking a destination and a university is only where it starts. Behind that decision sits a run of practical work: checking what you qualify for, planning the sequence, assembling documents that stand up to scrutiny, and knowing what each institution expects and by when.

The journeys that end well tend to share these parts:

  • Working out entry criteria and whether a course suits your background
  • Narrowing down destinations, universities and fields of study
  • Building an application and a personal statement that hold up
  • Keeping to deadlines and chasing responses when they are late
  • Deciding on the money and the practicalities of moving

Who We Built This For

Three groups tend to come to us:

Students heading overseas for a first degree or for postgraduate study
Working professionals adding a qualification to move a career forward
Parents helping a son or daughter plan an education outside the country

If none of that feels settled yet, or you simply do not know where to start, the consultation exists to work out which route makes sense for you.

Working With Academic Institutions

Ivipass has kept up relationships with universities and colleges in the countries our candidates apply to, and those links have been maintained over a long stretch. They let us put an application forward with more context behind it, and they let us ask about scholarships or discounted tuition for the candidates already moving through our pipeline.

How the Network Was Built

A partner list is only worth as much as the relationships sitting behind it. Ours came from returning to the same institutions and dealing with them straight each time. For a candidate, that shows up as a shorter route into an application and access to openings that a cold submission would never reach.

Scholarships and Discounted Tuition

Some institutions set aside scholarship funding or lower their fees for particular applicants. Whether you are put forward for one, and how far a fee is reduced, comes down to your academic record, the programme you have chosen, and what the institution still has available.

Awards of this kind are limited and competed for, so nothing here is promised. When we recommend you for something we explain why, and the reason is always that you meet the criteria.

The Process

How a Study Abroad Application Runs

Five stages, from the opening conversation through to the period after your offer lands

01

The First Conversation, Free of Charge

Everything opens with a session that costs you nothing

  • We go through your qualifications and what you want out of studying overseas
  • You tell us the countries and the courses you have in mind
  • We say plainly what you are eligible for and what is out of reach
  • We set out the requirements, the dates and what happens after
02

Matching You to Institutions

With your profile in hand, the next stage is to:

  • Line you up with schools and programmes that fit
  • Approach our partner institutions where that strengthens your case
  • Look for scholarships or fee reductions you could be put forward for
03

Preparing and Filing the Application

Once a route is agreed, the application work sits with our team, which covers:

  • Putting the applications together and sending them in
  • Writing and reworking your Statement of Purpose
  • Gathering transcripts and the supporting paperwork
  • Handling the submission with each institution
04

You and the Institution, Speaking Directly

From the point contact opens:

  • Correspondence about admission runs straight between the two of you
  • Offer letters and any scholarship award arrive in your own name
  • Fees for tuition and anything related are settled with the school itself
05

After the Offer Arrives

Support does not stop once you are admitted. We carry on by:

  • Talking you through the terms of the offer and its deadlines
  • Walking you through acceptance and enrolment
  • Helping you prepare for the move and for the study itself
